Anne Kruse lives and works on her farm with her husband, Wayne Schwartz, near LeSueur, MN. Her interest in wild foods brings bold and lively flavors to the table.  As well, a large garden keeps family and friends coming together.  Gardening keeps her full of spirit and physically healthy. Baking has always been a part of Anne’s love of food.  So discovering Ben Penner’s whole wheat flour and being able to promote it is a win/win. Join her as she (somewhat) boldly experiments with this organic, fresh from the field wheat, grown right here in Southern Minnesota.
